Work content

* Develop and maintain construction, construction, restaurants, shopping malls and corporate customers
• Understand customer needs, conduct on-site surveys, demand confirmations, and project proposals
* Responsible for business processes such as quotation, negotiation, contract and deposit
* Grasp the case budget, cost, gross profit, progress and payment status
* Integrate design, procurement, processing, construction and third-party resources
* Actively track project progress, handle customer communication and problem coordination
* Responsible for case acceptance, payment request and follow-up customer relationship maintenance
* Establish long-term customer relationships and continue to develop follow-up cooperation opportunities

What we need is combat power

✔ Practical experience in business development, engineering projects or customer management
✔ Ability to independently visit customers, understand needs, proposals, quotations and bargaining
✔ Have the concept of project schedule, cost and risk management
✔ Can take the initiative to deal with problems and report back immediately when encountering problems
✔ Good communication, coordination and cross-departmental integration capabilities
✔ Sensitive to numbers, pay attention to case gross profit, cost and collection

The following experience is preferred

•Signs, indicator systems, advertising projects or display props industries
•Construction, construction, interior decoration, building materials or engineering related industries
• Hotel, shopping mall, hospital or large enterprise projects
•Project valuation, drawing interpretation, on-site measurement or contract management
*Familiar with Illustrator, CorelDRAW or basic drawing software
• Experience in existing customer development and large-scale project execution
